About This Site

What this site is#

BinanceGuide is a reference site. It explains what major crypto assets are, how exchange products work, how fees and conversions are structured, and how to avoid the fraud patterns that cost people money. It is written in English for readers who want an explanation that does not depend on the marketing language of a trading platform.

It is not a company, a broker, a wallet or a support desk. There are no accounts here, nothing to deposit, and no one to trade with. Every link we publish that leads to a platform, an app store listing or a project website leads to an official destination, and where a page states a fact, it also names the official source behind it.

Editorial principles#

Four rules govern everything published here. First, do not invent: if a figure cannot be verified against an official source, it does not appear. Second, do not print perishable numbers in prose: prices, rates and percentage moves belong in live data, so our text tells you where to check rather than quoting a snapshot. Third, do not rank for reward: no exchange pays for placement, and no page exists to steer you toward a particular platform.

The fourth rule is disclosure. When a page compares platforms, it says what the comparison is based on and states plainly that availability and terms vary by country and by account. Where a legal or regulatory question arises, the page describes the situation in general terms and directs you to check your own jurisdiction instead of pretending that one answer fits every reader.

Referral links and disclosure#

The download and sign-up entries on this site use official links that carry a referral code. If you register or install through a link on this site, this site may receive a commission from the platform. That does not increase any cost to you, and it does not cost you new-user promotions, fee discounts or any other benefit the platform offers new users.

We state this plainly: this site is not an official Binance channel and does not impersonate one. The referral code only decides which partner the platform pays; it has no effect on your account, your fee tier or your support process.

This site hosts no installer files and never points you at third-party download sites, cracked builds or "modded" packages. All you do here is choose a device, read the install steps, and hand off to the official link.

Content sources and how pages are kept current#

Pages are built from primary material: exchange help centres and documentation, fee schedules, and the websites of the asset projects themselves. Each page lists its sources at the bottom, and each carries an updated date so you can see how recently it was reviewed. When an official page changes the rule a sentence depends on, the sentence is corrected rather than left to drift.

We also try to write in a way that survives change. Explaining how a supply schedule works or why phrasing such as freedom of money appears in branding stays useful for a long time, whereas a table of numbers is stale within days. Where a topic is inherently fast-moving, the page says so and points you at the live source.

What this site does not do#

This site does not publish news, commentary on market movements or price predictions. It does not host ebooks, installers or any other downloadable file, and it does not mirror downloads from third parties. It does not provide account support, cannot recover funds, and will never contact you asking for a password, a verification code or a wallet seed phrase. Anyone who does any of those things while using our name is not us.

It also does not operate as a financial adviser in any sense. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and no page should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose the entire value of a position.

Corrections and contact#

Mistakes happen and we want to hear about them. Email [email protected] with the page, the sentence in question, and the official source that contradicts it, and the page will be reviewed. Corrections sourced to an official page move fastest, because the alternative is trading one opinion against another.

We are also happy to hear about broken links and about pages that have drifted out of date. We cannot help with account, payment or trading issues, since we have no access to any platform's systems and no relationship with the companies involved.

Languages and local availability#

This site publishes the same page set in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, so that a reader looking in either script lands on equivalent material. The pages describe how platforms and networks work; they do not claim that any particular product is available where you live.

Crypto regulation differs sharply between countries and changes over time. Whether a given platform may serve you, which products are permitted and what tax treatment applies are questions for your own jurisdiction. Check official sources and, when the stakes are material, a qualified professional rather than a website.
